A: All mystery shoppers are given a unique ID and password, in order for companies to verify that the email address matches the individual who submitted the online application and for you to be able to log into the companies website.

A: Send an email to the company, providing them with your full name, address, date of birth, phone number and shopper ID (if possible). It's a good idea to keep a list or a spreadsheet of all the companies you are registered with and their/your details together.
